This policy explains how Paragliding Florence processes the personal data collected through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

2What data we collect

• The data you provide through the booking form: full name, phone, email, flight type, number of people, preferred date (or “to be defined”) and any message.
• Technical browsing data (e.g. IP address) collected automatically by the third-party services listed in section 6.

3Purpose and legal basis

We process your data solely to respond to your request, organise and confirm the flight, and contact you back. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request and/or the consent you give by submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR).

4How you send the data (WhatsApp)

The form does not store data on this website: on submit it opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message that you send to our number. Your data therefore passes through the WhatsApp/Meta platform, subject to its own privacy policy. Please do not include unnecessary data or special categories of data (e.g. health data).

5How long we keep it

We keep messages and contact details for as long as needed to handle your request and, where applicable, to comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax). After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

6Third-party services and cookies

This site uses:

• Google Fonts and Google Maps (the “How to reach us” map): they may collect the IP address and set technical cookies; processing is governed by Google’s privacy policy.
• WhatsApp/Meta to send booking requests (section 4).

The site does not use its own profiling cookies.

7Data sharing

Your data is not disclosed or sold. It may be processed by the providers above (Meta Platforms, Google) as independent controllers or processors, only as needed to deliver their services.

8Your rights

You may at any time exercise your rights under Art. 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent. Write to info@parapendiofirenze.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

We may update this policy: the current version is always published on this page, with the last-updated date shown above.
